If a purchase does not meet your expectations, it can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of your receiving the shipment.
- Exchanges are credited for the full value of the original product and no additional shipping fees are incurred
- Returns of furnishings in “never assembled” condition receive a 75% refund minus shipping cost to return the item
- Returns of furnishings in “previously assembled” condition receive a 65% refund minus shipping cost to return the item
Please make sure the furniture has not been modified or damaged in any way. Once we receive the item at our warehouse and confirm that it is in good condition, your refund will be processed.
